Yes I do think its for the most part a lenthy process of finding the 'constitutional" remedy for any patient that askes for our help. That is why this process is not done on line via a discussion forum.
Sometimes we see patients change due to severe trauma/events....................this may effect the const. But for the most part from my personal expierence seeing patients they stay the same const. Each patient of course do show indiv. traits.............but the true essence stays. Now there are the "Shadow sides" of each const. the ying and yang of the same const. I believe Bailey does access this a bit in his book. (he speaks of several 'types' of each const).....................................

My suggestion on self prescribing,"Dont".............you cannot look at your self subjectively.Many classical homeopaths in practice for decades do not even know their own constitution.

Go easy on that Sepia though! - it's probably not the remedy for you (and even if it is you have already had enough!!!)
