I joined here because I wanted to know more about weight loss and homeopathy. I have used something called a "calm mint" which has about 6 homeopathic remedies .................................................. .............
Anything that is a combination of remedies is useless to take, classical homeopathy does not use combination remedies for a symptom cure, you are waisting your money! Its only on the market for sales to laypersons who do not fully understand the principles of homeopathic prescribing..........................a marketing ploy............................for a full cure there are no short cuts no self prescribing,no try this try that.............you need to make an appt. with a trained classical homeopath in person National Center for Homeopathy - Home Page

Law of Simplex - The Single Remedy
Hahnemann in aphorisms 272-274 of ' Organon of Medicine' states that only one single, simple medicinal substance is to be administered in a given case of time.

My question is, how much should I be taking? The "calm mints" say you can take as many as you need.
That is 100% rubbish! Throw it away!
I have the 30C sepia and I take 5 pellets 2 or three times in the evening. Is that too much?
My god who told you to take this much?
1-was sepia prescribed via a full casetaking done by a classical homeopath?
2-there are 3,000 + remedies-only the well indicated remedy will work/only the well indicated potency will work
3-no classical homeopath prescribes 5 pellets 2 or 3 times per day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will cause a homeopathic "PROVING"- WARNING- do not do this!YEs that is WAY too much,do not self prescribe! see the link i posted and find a the directory of homeopaths for each state
