I have also had many a patient that has come back after a remedy and said that they don;t crave for chocolate anymore but whether that has led to actual weight loss I'm not sure.

After being given a good remedy many patients are able to accept the way they look. This happens especially with Thuja.

I joined here because I wanted to know more about weight loss and homeopathy. I have used something called a "calm mint" which has about 6 homeopathic remedies and really works to keep me from overeating when I get upset. I also bought the "stress mint" from the same company but the calm one worked a lot better. So I looked to see what the difference was in the remedies and I started thinking it was Sepia. I bought Sepia and it seems to be the remedy that I need. I have a serious problem with night time eating and this is the only way I can stop myself.

My question is, how much should I be taking? The "calm mints" say you can take as many as you need. I have the 30C sepia and I take 5 pellets 2 or three times in the evening. Is that too much? I also bought a really good homeopathic book on the constitutional types and I know I am a Sepia or some part of me is because when he talks about Sepias having energy flows that other people are not sensitive enough to recognize---that's ME! I have had them for years and years and did not know what they were and this is the first time I have found anything in print on the subject. So that was quite exciting. Still, I don't know how much to take? I want to get another book on homeopathy and am thinking about getting the DK encyclopedia. Any thoughts?
