I have just had a complete hysterectomy and am suffering from "surgical menopause". I am 53 years old and had cancer of the uterus.
Can anyone help me with remedies that will get me through these hot flashes and other symptoms that I am sure are on their way.
I have always maintained myself internally and externally and would like to stay looking younger than my years.
I understand that it is NOT advisable for anyone who has had uterine cancer to take anything that is estrogen related. Please, is there anyone who can help me determine what would be best????
