Otitis media

if possible to help for a little boy 6years old with this dg.:
Otitis media chr.supp.bil
which keeps on coming very often,
his tonsils were removed 2 years ago and the allopatic doctors want to make an surgery in the middle ear. he is having discharge from ear.
I told his parents to try with homeopathy as he is too young for all this kinds of sufferings.
