Default bone TB and cerebral atrophy

My child is 9 months of age. At birth c had RDS(respiratory distress syndrome). C was put on CPAP for 3 days. Then c caught pneumonia (acinetobacter). C was treated with collistin. In the follow up the doctor found that c had strider and CT Scan revealed that C had half destroyed D3 and completely destroyed D4 and D5 vertebra with some pus formation so it was considered bone TB and now c is on ATT since 1 and 1/2 month.
1. C has anamolous right bronchous
2. Abberant origin of right and left subclavian artery
3. and her head MRI shows F/S/O white matter hyperintensities involving B/L cerebral hemisphere with atrophy.

Presently C has strider and is on ATT. C only lies on the bed. c has been prohibited from held vertically (sitting and standing). what is going to be the future intelligence and physical development of the child? is there any homeopathic medicine?
