In Murphy's Repertory I found:

Amyotrophic, lateral sclerosis
arg-n., ars., cupr., hyper., kali-p., lach., lath., merc., phos., PLB., sec., sep., sulph.
softening of spinal cord, with- arg-n., cupr., hyper., lath., plb.

I only have had a case like this, and it was my first case. I wasn't able to ride this case and after three years, my friend died. I tried -based in his symptoms- with Plumbum Met 6CH, Arsenicum Album 6CH, and Lathyrus. No improving was detected.
I suspect -as the manuals repeat untiredly- that degenerative and genetic illnesses has no solution by homeopathic medicines, only paliation.
