Sepia is one of the main remedies for ringworm on the face and it follows on well from Nux Vom. I would send her Sepia 30C, one a day for 5 days. Interestingly Nux Vom does not show up as a remedy for ringworm. In any case why don't you phone your daughter's homeopath and ask him/her for advise as this person will know your daughter best.
