I very much hope someone may be able to answer my questions. Recently a friend of mine, and a student of homeopathy, has thoroughly evaluated my case, which is a very complicated and quite long, and feels strongly that Carc is the right remedy for me, though nat mur and arsenicum are also strongly indicated.
Though a student, this person is knowlegeable and has given much more time and energy to my case than my homeopath that I pay money to who, frankly, can't be bothered I think going through the whole case thoroughly and still, as yet, has not been able to come up with my constitutional remedy.

My question is, is it safe to take carcinosin 30C? I have read SO MUCH info and arguments for and against and am now very confused. Some people say no, not proved, could permanently block miasm, cause irripairable damage and muddle the whole picture irrepairably. Some say that you won't react to it at all unless you need it. Some say it can trigger cancer even if that is lying dormant in the body already. I am so so confused!

My homeopath is very hesitant about giving me remedies while I am breastfeeding as they may affect the baby but due to lack of progress and my frustration I am considering going with the friend instead. Could Carc 30 affect the baby in any adverse way? The prescriber said to me that the baby could possibly benefit from it also. I am very very concerned and confused, but want to take it if it will help.
Also, if I take it, then which one to take? Do I take the basic Carc from Helios (UK) or the Carc co least potency avail 36C? And what difference would it make? Are both/either safe? Very scared of getting cancer, it's one of my biggest fears. Thanks very much and hope to hear from you.
