Default Impetigo is not clearing up

My daughter 11 yrs, has now had impetigo for over 10 days with spots around mouth, in eyes and on back and around groin area. She has been prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic cream. I am desperately trying avoid the antibiotic tablets but am using the cream on the spots.
I gave her Hepar Sulph 6 for the first 3 days (2 x3-4 times day), rinsed the spots with vinegar water and anti-bacterial cream. Then I increased to Hepar S 30c (3-4 times) a day for 6 days and now I believe I have given to much as the spots keep coming and are still seeping and crusting. The older ones are fading away but new ones are appearing, it is as if there is some major cleansing going on but they are sore and stinging and my daughter is quite uncomfortable with the ones in the groin.
Last night I tried 1 Ant tart 30, and out of desperation 1 Streptococcinum 1000. Was this wrong of me? And how do I proceed? More Ant tart or something else?

I believe she got it bad after having a chest infection in September which led to a serious asthma attack and hospitalization where she was treated with antibiotics, which is why I am anxios to break the circle. We do wash the spots with Echinacea in the face but they still look have a yellowish discharge and is very slow to disappear.

Can anyone help? Feeling desperate.

Anette
