I guess you still don't understand there is nothing you can accomplish on a forum where there is no open-minded discussion and the most vocal people are paid to tear you down. If you find enjoyment in posting at those places, fine. If it upsets you (apparently it does), it is silly to keep going back. Just how it is. Get over it.
As far as people I know here in the US, I don't think I ever met anyone who was not already very skeptical about homeopathy. I was myself until out of desperation I gave it a try. So, no, it doesn't bother me when people apply what they learned about science in school and arrive at the conclusion it is all hokus. Doesn't mean they are right, of course.
Reading about homeopathy isn't likely to sway many people at all. They either have to experience it themselves or see it first hand. So, I look for occasions to help people along. That is what can change them. Unfortunately, the easiest way for people to try homeopathy is a "this for that" solution at the corner health care store which isn't likely to work well at all.
For your part, the best advocate you can be is to apply strict classical 6th Organon advanced methods to your patients. Do something that really cures them and does not cause aggravations. Then they will be able to tell their friends and family.
