Default Dogs urine smells fishy

I have a four month old, female Aussi/German shep mix. When we first got her at a little over two months we thought she has a bladder infection because she was peeing to much for normal. The vet did a Urinary Analysis and said that they did not find any bacteria, but that there was a high white blood cell count. They gave us Clavamox and she went through the treatment and there seemed to be an improvement. Well,we've been using "Little Stinker" training pads to help house train her, all is well there. She is doing great! But, I have noticed, as well as my daughter, that her pee smells fishy. I don't know why this is.
She is no longer peeing frequently, infact she goes at what seems to be regular intravils. But I just can't help but think that it may be something. The other things that I have noticed is the fur around her vaginal area seems sticky, and I'm not sure if that is from licking or from the pee. She does not have any unusuall discharge from her vagina. I have been putting GSE (grape seed extract) 10 drops to the gallon- in the water bowl in hopes that this will combat any possible infection. she seems happy playfull and healthy in all other ways.
Does anybody out there have any sugestions about what to do or try? Anyone else have this situation?
Any and all tips, comments and/or advice is very much appreciated as I am worried about my little pup! Thank you!
