The kitten definetly has an injury on his upper and lower lips. The upper has a bump that may have been caused by the skin having lifted up to form what looks like a lump. The lower lip right below the bump is red. I hope the kid didn't kick him or something like that. That maybe why the kitten is stressed.

Maybe I better give him a dose of Arnica.
