The hom. vet. or vet. hom. you need to see should try to find his constitutional remedy which is done by looking at the (type of) dog and asking you many questions about the dog.

Then, because of the vaccinosis, the proper nosode should be given alongside the constitutional remedy as well, e.g Thuja, Medorrhinum, Malandrinum etc.

All remedies of use in vaccinosis will have a strong sycotic side to them and therefore the hom. vet/vet.hom. should also consider remedies such as Triticum, Antimonium tartaricum, Mezereum, Silica/Silicea, etc.

Your dog should also be tested for Pseudomonas (in the ears). Pseudomonas is extremely difficult to cure. You may need the homeopathic Pseudomonas Ear nosode as well. (Ainsworth, UK)
