Unfortunately this condition (vaccinosis) is too complicated to treat online. This case needs close/regular monitoring.

Your dog should be seen by an experienced vet. hom or hom. vet for proper full case taking and anti-miasmatic prescribing in order to remove any miasmatic influences. This is done by prescribing the correct nosode(s) alongside the indicated (constitutional) remedy.
