In my case, I ever order my remedies to a little homeopathic laboratory (Lab. BIOTICA) here in Spain. I can get usually all that I need and they make me great discounts, and I have nothing to pay for the envoy.
But I usually use LM potencies and I use to prepare them at the consult, because I'm not trusting when the patient have to prepare his own dilutions.
In other cases, I write the treatment and the patient buy the remedies in the Pharmacy.
But, sometimes I can get the remedy because it's out of order or... then I try to get from USA, UK or Austria, but this is a rare case, so I only order one remedy, and I can't get discounts.
My last case was with Jonosia Asoka. WHP and Boiron in USA haven't got it; Helios and another in UK too; Biotica in Spain too; and I finally got it from Austria (only spent two days arriving home by post).
