The thing is I never wanted to do this case online in the sense you understood.
I am already taking care of the patient, meaning I examined, I saw, I smelled and I questioned the owner. I am always weary of overlooking something therefore I wanted to discuss the case with other practitioners.

In any case I have given Puls this morning.

It seems we are applying different approach. I never really look for the remedy based on one symptom, I usually strive to match the remedy with patient as whole. This is time consuming but it usually gives much better results.
