This dog should be seen by an experienced homeopathic vet or vet. homeopath for proper full case taking. Case has become too complicated to do this online. Pulsatilla may not be indicated and if so, Pulsatilla only would be insufficient.

Several things mentioned in your post are/have been done very wrong and should be (partly) taken into account in the full case taking !

-- No fresh food, but only one cup of dry food

-- Fond of chocolate......Chocolate is very poisonous for dogs !!!

-- Unnecessary rabies vaccination

-- Use of suppressive steroids, etc.
