I reckon you are referring to the Hodgkin`s Lymphoma treatment by Dr.Ramakrishnan mentioned on pages 117-118 of his book, which treatment may even take up to 2 years for a full cure and thereafter the patient may occasionally need a constitutional remedy. This treatment, however, should only be done under professional guidance because the professional has to decide which organ-specific remedy to use or other indicated remedy together with the correct cancer nosode, which isn`t always Carcinosin !

As for the arteriosclerosis your homeopath may consider, for example, Plumbum metallicum. (arteriosclerosis + hypertension) or Natrum iodide (for high arterial tension) or Baryta muriaticum (arteriosclerosis of the large blood vessels and aorta, headache/heaviness, dizziness, complaints worse at night and lying down, buzzing in ears etc.). This remedy is usually given for a long time.

However, these are only a few of the possibilities !
