Yes noises, music or the TV. Is she crate trained? Sometime you can place a dog in their crate to were they feel safe and play music some what loud or turn the TV on. You want to try and block the outside noises that make her fearful. Now when she start being fearful don't hug on her or pet on her just try and make it seem like nothing is wrong. You can also try what is called Bach Rescue Remedy for dogs.
