Hi Gina

Thanks for your reply. Certainly makes for interesting reading. Well I don't quite know what has happened, but the difference from the cat I saw this morning and thought I had almost killed, to the cat this evening is incredible! I cannot believe the change. Still a little weak, but no more fitting, twitching etc. Has even eaten most of his food and had some milk! I made him as comfortable as possible today and kept an eye on him and kept giving him water with a syringe. This evening he even had a bit of a play around the living room. I am so glad I took him home and not left him at the vet as she suggested. I feel much better in myself that perhaps I have done a little something to rectify whatever was the cause this morning..... and I am £206 better off! That was without any treatment - only fluids intravenously. Hopefully, fingers crossed, we have turned a major corner. Thanks to all for their replys.
