Interesting post,As jacob mentioned the meds (accutane) can still be in your system. I have a dear friend who did the same in her 20's she had bad acne took accutane,in her 30's wanted children and was sterile,had to adopt. So its wonderfull you did manage to produce children. But then again it does more harm to the female taking accutane (reproductive organs). So in her case yes the damage was still there 10+yrs later.
