Default I suddenly became sick drinking milk...

hello, I love milk and I couldn't find a reason why after so many years of enjoying a glass of milk everyday I would have such a bad reaction after it all of a sudden. I like to study the reasons why and well this one was kinda like a need to. I came to one last conclusion to all this. I was either going to stop drinking milk or maybe I had to change something in my diet. Then I made a chart of what things I was missing in a normal balanced diet (which I didn't have). Truth is I had little or even none at all vegtables and fruits in my meals everyday. So I started to change a bit what I ate. I don't know if it will work for your daughter as it works for me. * In my lunch break I eat a whole big salad. It usually includes Lettuse, some tomatoes, carots, selarie, and some cucumber. I also add in some ham or baccon bits for flavor and dressings wouldn't harm. And then I eat an apple or an orange. I also drink a lot of water now. My stumach feels much better now too. Maybe its the reason that I balanced my diet that changed my stumachs reaction to milk. I have noticed too that by eating a salad in my lunch has made me loose weight.

Or you can try this like my Biology teacher. She told us that her son was milk intolerant so instead of giving him cow's milk she would give him goat's milk and by doing this something changed in his metabolism that Now he can drink cow's milk as he pleases.
If you have any questions I will gladly try to answer
