This suggestion is an herbal one not homeopathic.........if you use fennelseed a handfull in boiling water drink as a tea. Will increase the breastmilk helps flow. Also helps with baby colic.
Regards taking a homeopathic remedy this must be done via a consultation/casetaking with a trained homeopath near you not here on line. What ever you intake the baby will take aswell. So be carefull right now while you are breastfeeding.
