Default Brain pressure after work

I have a highly mental job where lots of things are going on at one time, where I am thinking about many things at once, it is 100% pure thinking, 100% concentration. As the day goes on, my brain gets more and more of a pressure feeling. By the end of the day, I have this pressure feeling in the front of my head, right side, just above my eye - it feels like the front right, quarter of my skull. Recently it is getting worse so that it is with me all night and still there even the next morning after waking from a full night sleep. All I want to do in the evening is watch television - which relieves the pressure and I fall asleep on the couch after anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. After work, I am not so much physically tired as mentally incapable. Any ideas - need more info?
