Can anyone suggest a way forward for the following case (short version)
Male, 45, Thin, cadavorous, appearance, no body fat. Bright eyed.
Mentally positive. perfectionist,
MAgic mushrooms and hallucinogens in past up to just prior to symptoms starting (4 years ago)
PS - "I can't assimilate enough liquid" Weakness, weight loss.
Any errors/excesses of food, dry food or acidic food creates symptoms of burning in stomach.
Desires sips water - if he gulps too much = nausea

Symptoms of errors of diet are - running nose, buring in stomach, aching limbs Internal heat in stomach (when desires milk)

I have of course got a fuller case, but this is the guist.

Nat Carb30
Ph Ac 200
Nux vom 30
Sulph 12 (to try and stimulate)
He's given himself Arsenicum Alb 30's

Any suggestions? what can remove the blocks to the hallucinogens do you think?
