Default super irritable and sensitive skin- can anyone help?

I've had mild to severe acne for 6 years on my face and upperback. I've

tried antibiotics but it was only a 2 month solution because as soon as I

stopped taking them it came right back (happiest two months of my life

though). After that I didn't want to try anymore of the mainstream

solutions because they always seemed to be only temporary solutions and

I like to stay clear of drugs in any shape way or form. When I was 19 I

found out that I had chronic constipation. I figured it was due to a food

allergy despite what my doctor told me, which was it sounded like IBS and

that there is no way it could be a food allergy. I tried cutting out dairy all

together for a month and found absolutely no difference. Then I tried

cutting out wheat and caffein and my skin cleared up and my constipation

was not as bad. I went from going to the bathroom once a week or more

to going once every 2 days. Sometimes seemingly unexplainably my

constipation would return and I would be going once a week again, so I

ordered a colon cleanser called oxypowder which I take now whenever

this happens. For the past 6 months my face has become extremely dry

especially after showers. So I tried using a moisturizer, Garnier Pure. After

that my skin became blotchy and deep pimples under the skin came up in

spots I dont even usually get pimples. I also suffer from bad dandruff

which I solved by trying a shampoo called healthy scalp. Any other

shampoo will cause my hair to have very bad dandruff. I've had bad

dandruff since grade 4. Even hardcore dandruff shampoos seem to only

work for just a little while then lose their effect. I also have permanent red

marks under my arms from using deodorant for 6 months. The red marks

become extremely itchy when they get dry. I've had these red marks

under my arm for about 3 years now. If I try to put deodorant on now it

instantaneously starts to burn and I have to wash it off. So right now I

stuck with either super dry skin with the occasional breakout or

moisturized broken out skin, dandruff that can only be controlled by one

shampoo, and itchy red marked underarms that can't use any deoderant. I

am lucky perspirate very little so I don't have any BO problems. Can

anyone help? I would really like to get on with my life.
