He hasn't any problems before this, however was and still taking hypertension tablets (valsartan) - he changed the type of tablet 3 times. He started taking the tablets about 6 months before the problem started.
We don't know if its an allergy because his diet/environment has not changed very much since the problem has started - but it might be investigating in this area. Are there any tip/best practices to go by when diagnosing anything in this area?
He says it may have been caused from a time when he visted India - his bed was near an air cooling system (works using water - not AC), he slept in the same room for about a week and problem started there after.
He says he gets a wheezing sound coming from the lungs when he breathes out heavily, this causes a tickling feeling in the throat area- which makes him cough. Along with the cough, he also sneezes and has watery eyes from time to time.
it becomes really bad when:
* There is tempreture change i.e. when walks from inside the house to outside
* He exercises
