Default Re: GUMBOIL -- explanation needed

Hi Rafy,
I have personal experience with gumboils. For me it is an abscess (pus
filled pocket) but it is not a tooth that is abscessed. The teeth are fine
but when I get a gumboil the teeth hurt because the swelling and inflamtion
must put pressure on the nerves of the teeth...Ooooh it is painful ( ;-o ) I
have found that my gumboils appear in only one spot in my mouth and it is
upper left between the gum and cheek above my wisdom tooth. If the abscess
has come to a head lancing it will take away the pain. Now here is the
really interesting part. I get these gumboils if I eat any amount of wheat
at all. I basically eat a somewhat low carbohydrate diet with almost no
wheat. If I eat one mouthful of something made from wheat I am ok but if I
eat say a whole slice of bread orcake or some such thing for one or two days
in a row I will surely get a gumboil. My homeopath has treats me
constitutionally with Lachesis and Silicea ( I ususally kind of alternate
between the two) and interestingly when I have a gumboil the two remedies
taken one after the other will either cause the boil to reabsorb or break
open within minutes.

Don't know if this helps to clearify anything for you or not.
warm regards
carol

Subject: [H] GUMBOIL -- explanation needed

Hi,

Please, can anyone explain to me what is a gumboil, how does it look and
most important: in what does it differ from an ABSCESS in the gum or tooth?

Thanks

Rafy
