As far as I can determine (so far), there appears to me to be no requirement whatsoever to be allowed to practice homeopathy in the UK. There are indeed several bodies where one can register (i.e. where you're allowed to put the letters behind your name - MARH, MFHom, FFHom, MHMA, FHMA, RSHom, FRHom, LSHom - presumably with some requirement on educational level achieved), but there doesn't seem to be any impediment to restrict anyone actually practicing homeopathy.
Is this actually the case ? If not, can you please point me to some definitive decree that would, for example, prevent me from opening up a homeopathy practice (I do have a good university degree in Computer Science from Edinburgh University, not that that should matter, so I can legitimately put B.Sc. behind my name).
In other words, would the original poster meet with any legal restrictions should he/she wish to practice in the UK ? Seems an easy question to answer ...
