Can someone please help me,

My husband noticed last week as he was going to preform oral sex on me, bumps, he said they looked like vaginal warts, but I never had sex with anybody but himm I have two kids and never been diagnosed with anything in my life, I always go for my general pap smear and it always shows up negative, is there any other way I could have received this, because we don't have any other sexual partners. Or could it be something else, because they are getting bigger and it's irrating me . How the hell could I ever had this. Could smoking cause because i read online that smoking can be one of the causes.

Please help me someone.
