Yes you are correct most possible cause is from some sort of emotional/mental trauma and yes homeopathy can help you,had a case not too long ago ,a teenage boy with the same symptoms,his cause and onset were of course different that you or anyone else with stammering this said ,no 'one' remedy will do the trick sorry its not that simple, as i have said to many regards any ailment,if 100 people have stammering (or whatever ails you) all 100 people would need their own'well indicated remedy'. The only way is to look up a homeopath that knows what he/she is doing and lisen to your entire case history not just physical but as you mentioned emotional and mental history/trauma.
