I believe Euphr is usually indicated in very watery, irritated eyes. Rather than add a remedy for the one symptom, I would take the whole case again (including eye symptom) and treat the whole complex. Seeing as she has already been given numerous remedies and other than the discharge, appears healthy and doing well, why not give her immune system the chance to chuck it on her own?

Adding to the eye wash, may actually be changing the chemical component of it, rendering the solution useless or even perhaps irritating. Don't dose together, rather seperately, hours apart if you need to do the both.
