Lyndee relax and don't worry about it, its probably a stress reaction. Leave it alone and it will correct itself. I see this commonly in strays (especially when a lot has been done to them like surgery). Whatever you do, DON'T treat with anti-inflamatories or steriods, you will just make it worse. It will usually clear up on its own in 4-6 months. Why not give her a rest from everything for a while?

The shuddering is a fear response, again no worries and nothing to fix.
