Hi B, The potency 6c would be slightly better, but the 12c should act as well.

As for the dose of 4 tablets etc, the potency doesn`t matter... so the number of tablets etc. is for every remedy+ potency the same ! If Belladonna is indicated (perhaps in the future) the potency you have got is far too low !

I can`t exactly answer your last question, because situations are different for each animal. But usually the horse will die within 24 hours.
