Default Rubric help for interesting SRP symptom

Hi everyone,

I am trying to help a peri-menopausal friend that suffers headaches associated with her menstrual cycle. They come on before and during and occasionally just after menstruation, and are usually right sided but sometime left. She says she knows that she is going to get a headache when she wakes with a stiffness in the back of her neck, extending into her back and shoulders. What is most interesting about her headaches is a SRP symptom that accompanies them which I can't quite figure out how to repertorize and would love to have any input of ideas. The SRP symptom is : when she gets a headache she says she always has a piece of music that she can't get out of her head. I asked if it was a particular piece of music that may remind her of a certain occasion but she said it is usually a song she doesn't like and it is often the first song she hears when she wakes up that morning. She say "I will try to sing a different song to see if I can at least change the music that keeps playing over and over in my head but that doesn't work. It irritates me."

Does anyone know how one might approach this rubric? All I have for reportories is a hard copy of Kent's, Boericke's and the computer Ruby universale repertorium.

I was wondering if the concept might be the same as the Sulphur person who has these floods of idea upon ideas and can't turn them off. Any thoughts on that?

A few other interesting symptoms she experiences is a burning rectal itch that she has used a cortisone cream fortnightly since her late teen years she doesn't like to go to sleep cause there is so much other stuff she could be doing. Has to read to fall asleep (falls asleep almost every time she reads even when she doesn't want to) sleeps sound all night long.

Cheers
Carol
