Post more info

I got this calf muscle pain, when i started doing excercises (my doctor suggested me some back excercises). i suffered for around 7 days with this pain. and now i am not doing any excercises so no prob. i used "EvionLC" capsules for this pain.

pain is at the end of the spine. pain is just like pulling and causing lower back pain.

now i am at 24 and i have been suffering from the past 5 to 6 years. no accidents or major hospitalization (so problem is not bcoz of these). usually i get this pain when i wake up in the morning. and it continues for 15 to 30 minutes. usually i sleep on a mat and without a pillow. i never sleep on bed, if i do so, the pain will be more on the next morning. usually i sleep on flat surfaces. i get pain if i lift things, run and play games or sit for long hours. the X-Rays saying there is no problem. doctor adviced me to do some back excercises for some period of time.

last year i completed my PG i have been working for the past 9 months. i have to sit 8 hours before a computer.............

if some more info is required i can provide..... but i just want to come out of this as soon as possible.
The doctor is a specialist he is an MD (Ortho)

Thanks
Hari
