passkey has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Regret to say--
your problem is the miasmatic treatment [ which I normally recommend] It takes the stuffing out of some people.

You need to go on a low potency of some remedy 3x or 6x.

I would suggest Ferrum Phos .
