I got more information on dizziness: the room blacks out and she sees bright dots (like tiny stars) with a sensation she's going to fall sideways. Lying down >>. The chemo drug she is on is Herceptin (AKA Trastuzumab).

Has anyone out there had a PT on Herceptin with similar reaction? This is what I'm asking. And if so, what remedies have you found to work?

And I'd like to emphasize again that I treat my PT's reaction to a chemo treatment as an acute condition. So please don't waste your time giving me a diatribe on constitutional prescribing. My patient decided to have chemotherapy and I respect her decision. I'm here to help her go thru this as painlessly as possible.
