some more details
i suffer from the pain daily in the morning when i wake up and it will be severe if i play a game, run, lift weights etc.. MRI is a bit expensive. but i suggested my doctor for an MRI. but he said it is not at all required.......... last time when i met him.. he asked me to lay down on a bed and keep my two legs together and slowly raise them upto 45 degrees... then my legs started shaking...after few seconds entire body started shaking (but my friends are able to do this easily)... and then he said.. this is the problem.. you dont have proper strength(weak spinal cord) and asked me to do some excerices.......
