With all due respect, the prescriptions till now are also very spread into families of remedies which don't have even slight common properties. Pulsatilla having helped might only indicate that the first acute ailment having caught now deep roots was originary a Pulsatilla acute phase, but then chronic evolution lead to much deeper rooting. (I.e. Pulsatilla would have healed only if administered at the moment of the orginary affection - one which you might even not remember nor feel related to the present ailments). This can be an indication of an eventual logic of the miasm but only scarce one without very careful case taking and analysis. Many symptoms fit with Staphysagria (eventually with a sycotic and/or syphilitic remedy to remove the secondary miasm) but this is NOT to be taken as such without a good homeopath advising on it. Staph. is concordant with : chronic ailments after ear infections, lat. left, thin people with difficulties of assymilating what they eat (there is a stocky variation of Staph constitution but less often), restlessness with > walking around, restless legs, shyness in front of people by fear they might behave so as to hurt one's feelings or feel hurt by one's behavior, abrupt erotism with erratic character, hypersensitivity, derranged biorhythm (can't sleep and sometimes is also aggravated by sleep - symmilar but not identic with Lach), better at night, craving for sweets, smoking, bleeding gums with gingival ailments causing marginal caries, weak enamel of teeth, some simply break spontaneously or by chewing soft food, the rhynitis (with the given modalities, worse inside, better in open air, in spite of the person being rather frilous). So there is a bunch of characteristics you depicted spontaneously but inasmuch as details are still to be precised this is far from being a serious indication, and as I said - there is scarce indication whether the said polychrest does (or not) need a myasmatic remedy to remove the secondary diathesis mentioned by the colleague above.
Just forward this opinion to a homeopath, check about his affiliation to the classic hahnemanian or kentian school (ok, other colleagues with other opinions don't kill me for this please). If it confirms as such, Staph + a myasm remedy can work. Such ailments (again, if it confirms) are sometimes related to mycotic inflammatory disease of pretty mild but very annoying intensity caused by former antibiotic medication for upper respiratory infections.
