Sometimes, I feel acid/base & water balance alike three ayurveda's constitutions, is of prime importance & may be responsible for all or most conditions. Mental stress can lead to excess acid conditions in digestive system--which probably encourage conditions related to it.More acid secretion in stomach can also mean more alkaline internal pH.

Hard tumors are related to Calc.Fluor( for elasticity, inflamations & reduced blood supply) which is also indicated for epithelioma cancers alongwith Kali sulph(for fat deposits in cells, fatty degenerations etc., look at choking of cells).
