More questions. Are skin diseases, being already on the surface of the body, more amenable to cure? And what might prevent a disease existing in the internal organs from moving outwards/downwards over time, under classical homeopathic treatment?

I was expecting a major skin eruption by now. Getting ready to brave it rather than suppress it and hopefully have healthier internal organs as a result. Or was at least hoping to stabilise the disease process. No such luck though. Understand that "Correctly chosen homeopathic remedies can quickly and effectively cure all such cases" but it seems very difficult to find the correct remedy. At what stage would a homeopath advise that the patient is incurable and it is only possible to palliate - or is there always hope, even for me?
