I think the only sensible remedy pre-surgery is Arnica.
Phos is famed for any post surgery anaesthetic complications.
I think also for the present, as GPM suggested, a nosode prepared from the virus given now in singel dose would be a good prophylactic, something ike what we'd do in humans in a GEnus epidemicus.
