Yes, 2 tablets or 3 pellets is OK 3 times a day till distinct improvement. Then taper off to one dose twice a day (for one day), then one dose once a day (for one day) and then stop ! No need to use Silicea simultaneously. (Silicea/Silica is used for scars left by boils and ulcers). Keep the forum posted please !
