Yes, Thiosinaminum (2x,3x,6x,3c) is an excellent remedy for this problem. It is used for dissolving scar tissue, enlarged glands, lupus,stricture of rectum, adhesions, chronic glandular tumours,etc. Use no more than 3 times a day. If the scars are old and hard also apply Graphites ointment, 2-3 times a day (a thin layer).

In case Thiosinaminum fails try Phytolacca. One dose for both remedies is 1-2 tablets or 3 coarse pellets/granules (nr.35).

In very serious cases it`s possible that a professional injects the remedy under the skin or into the lesions (solution in glycerine and water).

Also bear in mind that there are at least 12 other main remedies which can be used to remove scars etc.
