An old man reported his case to me. He had rattling cough, intermitant fever, coryza and difficult breathing. He had that problem for many years. He was using allopathic drugs. I repertorized the case along with other few symptoms related to fever. I gave emaphsis on fever. All gone without result, then I thought about polychrest remedy of puls a unique and favourable remedy for rattling cough. I used in 30 potency and surprisingly he was recovered within no time.
