Hi again Doctorleela!
The rongworm is crusty and when you try to clean off the light, flacky, white scabs it causes bleeding. The small spots are circular and red, the larger spots are oblong with a flaky, white scaling. The location is mostly concentrated on the ears (inside and out) and the forehead (from the ear to above the eye)on both sides. Thoses are the largest spots. The smaller spots are located on the neck and throat (they are deep spots also) as well as isolated spots on the foot and belly. The spots also seem to be quite sticky (esp. the small, deep one), the hair will clump around them rather than just peel away. In terms of personality, they are very social, sweet, energetic kittens.
Spritzer is the cat with gingivitis and the sore. He is a lynx point (gry striped points) with a rather pale complextion. His eyes are naturally red (pinkish)rimmed. He is ~6 years old and male. His coat is short and tight (when he is healthy he is virtually non-shedding). He is lean. He sometimes gets chin achne, he has had all but his canine teeth and incisors (front between canines) pulled. That cleared his mouth for about 6 months. When his mouth is inflammed, his glands get very large to the point where he chokes. All bodily functions are normal. In terms of his personality, he is gentle, easy-going, nonconfrontational and generally always relaxed. He gets on with anybody, human and non, he is also fond of dogs. He likes to eat and is somewhat fond of his rituals (does the same routine everyday when his kennel is cleaned), he likes heights (as do most Siamese).Average water drinker and eater. Activity level is normal for his age. Sorry, I'm really having a hard time coming up with anything unique. He is just no trouble and really normal. I gave him the Merc (which worked so well) b/c I have just recently been taking it, it shrunk my glands down to normal in 10 minutes. He also had a lot of drooling from the gingivitis. His mouth looks good now, gums are nicely pink, throat does not look constricted, he is no longer drooling and his eyes are less stained.(During gingivitis flare-ups, his eyes will tear and stain). I hope you can make sense of this, sorry its so long,
Thanks, Krista
