Hello Erika,

Perhaps it`s a form of eczema, but first try local application of Hypercal lotion (Hyper/Cal lotion). Apply 3-4 times daily as necessary to control irritation and/or pain.

If you can`t get this lotion, try Hyper/Cal cream or ointment and apply 2-3 times daily or Calendula ointment, if you can`t get this either.
