Maybe "Delusion, he has committed a crime" or "Anxiety of conscience"?
Or even (depending on the rest of the case) "Confusion about his identity", "Errors of perception", "Impressionable", Jesting/Antics, Deceit--the more I think about it, the more I realize we need to know *why* he did this, not just *that* he did it. Do you know any more?
